Can I return my order? Yes, that is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. For the return to be accepted, the order must meet all of the following conditions:

The order still contains all the necessary parts and components, and the packaging arrived in perfect condition.

Normal wear and tear is to be expected. Damage resulting from careless handling is not covered.

Products for which hygiene is important were thoroughly cleaned before the return process began.

The defect in the product was identified immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for the return shipping costs.

The return will be processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, it will be officially approved within this period.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged due to our fault.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER? If your order meets the above conditions, follow the steps below to start the return process:

Send an email to: Support@VlaraMuse.com with the subject line “Return Request.”

Please make sure the email includes: order number, reason for the return request, a photo of the product if it is damaged, the customer’s first and last name, and the customer’s address.

We will contact you and provide the correct return address. Please do not send the product back to the sender—wait for the return address we will send you.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to our central warehouse in Asia.

A. CANCELLATION POLICY — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided that the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their business or professional activity.

Since we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel the shipping process once it has begun. Refunds are not possible after the products have been received unless they are returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform VlaraMuse of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email). The withdrawal is effective once we receive the products. The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the products.

 

Orders in Transit

Since our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the products are already on their way, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the products and then return them. You can let us know in advance if you wish to cancel your order.

To ensure the fastest possible return, please send us a shipping confirmation as soon as the product has been returned.
